Liz Craig serves as Director of Fund Administration at Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC and as Corporate Secretary for the Manning & Napier Fund, Inc. With more than 17 years of experience in the asset management industry, Liz leads fund administration and Investment Company Act of 1940 governance efforts across Manning & Napier’s registered fund business. She also works closely with business partners to lead and execute product initiatives, including fund and CIT operations, launches and reorganizations, and operational process improvements.

Liz has been with Manning & Napier since 2009. Since joining the firm, she has held roles spanning fund compliance, administration, and regulatory administration and governance. She earned her BA in English from the University of Rochester and holds the SIE, Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses.
