Nicole Kingsley Brunner serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Manning & Napier. In this role, she is responsible for accelerating organic growth, developing and deepening strategic partnerships, and integrating business development and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, advisor productivity, and long-term revenue growth.

Nicole joined Manning & Napier in 2002 and serves on the Wealth Management & Institutional Advisory Leadership Team and the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.

Deeply committed to community leadership and service, she has supported a range of organizations, including serving as a Trustee of the National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House, as a member of the Rochester Women’s Giving Circle, and is currently the Chair of the Rochester Advisory Board for Make-A-Wish of Metro and Western New York where she is also a volunteer wish granter. Her leadership and contributions have been recognized through honors such as being named an Athena Young Professional Award Finalist, a Woman of Excellence honoree, a member of The Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and a 2026 ESL Heart of Service nominee.

Nicole and her husband reside in Pittsford, New York with their two teenage daughters. She enjoys cheering on her active kids, discovering new places, and growing beautiful flowers.

Nicole received her BA in Public Relations and Marketing Communication from Simmons College.
