Paul Battaglia is President and Chief Financial Officer at Manning & Napier, with responsibility for directing the firm’s Finance Department, as well as the Legal, Compliance, and Human Resource teams. Additionally, Paul leads the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. 

Since joining the firm in 2004, he has overseen the firm’s strategic planning, budget, financial reporting, and investor relations, including playing a key role in the firm’s initial public offering in 2011. Paul also serves as Chairman and President of the Manning & Napier Fund, Inc.

Prior to joining Manning & Napier, Paul served as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned his BBA/MBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 

Paul is passionate about promoting financial literacy to youth in our community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central & Upstate New York, where he supports events like the Stock Market Challenge. 

In his free time, Paul dedicates much of his time to coaching, volunteering, and spectating his three children’s sporting events. He also enjoys playing golf, and watching the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
