Scott Morabito is the Chief Operating Officer at Manning & Napier, where he oversees the firm's investment operations, fund administration, trust services, and technology teams. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Scott plays a central role in shaping the operational backbone of the firm and also holds leadership positions across several affiliated entities, including serving as President of Exeter Trust Company and President and Director of Manning & Napier Investor Services, Inc, and Vice President of Manning & Napier Fund, Inc.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Scott has held roles across a broad range of functions, from product development and data analysis to Operations and Client Service.

Scott holds a BA in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He continues to give back to RIT by serving on its Finance Advisory Board, where he helps shape curriculum and mentors students pursuing careers in finance. 

Outside of work, Scott has a passion for restoring and driving classic cars.
